Before teaching at London South Bank University David Bomberg taught at the Bartlett. The archive assistant at the UCL Archives Assistant Robert Winckworth looked up the records of David Bomberg’s time at Bartlett:
We have one record of Bomberg in our HR records dating from the 1947-48 session. It includes three letters (up to 1949-50) from the Secretary confirming that Bomberg would conduct parties of students to sketch London buildings, under the authority of Professor Corfiato.
He was not re-appointed for the 1950-51 session and there is a letter of acknowledgment from the Secretary on file.
